We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, returns are subject to strict health and safety regulations. You may return an item if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or expired upon receipt.
  • You received an incorrect item.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.

Please note: Prescriptions, temperature-controlled items, and open health supplements are strictly non-returnable.

2. Timeframe

You have 14 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our support team immediately upon discovering any issues with your order.

3. Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@ionapharmacy.com or via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for authorization and specific return instructions from our team.
  3. Safely package the item in its original condition.
  4. Ship or deliver the item back to our designated facility.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment via Paystack. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind on an eligible, unopened product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
