Yasthimadhu: cure some of the gastric troubles and due to its cooling effect it also decreases the heat in the body, improves immunity.
Haritaki: allevates constipation, indigestion, natural laxative
Kumari: soothing and cooling agent, natural astringent properties reduce the size of the hemorrhoids and prevents constipation
Daruhaldi: heal and compress pile mass
Muktashukti bhasma: treat piles by method of Kashara Karma which is a non-surgical treatment for piles, shrinks pile mass.
Shuddha fatakadi: contain astringent properties that can cause the shrinkage or contraction of the affected piles tissue, controls bleeding, pain and swelling, improves blood circulation
